We Are Currently Seeking: Freight Brokerage Professionals
As part of our dynamic team, you'll play a pivotal role in orchestrating the smooth transportation of goods across the country. Whether it's van freight or specialized flatbed shipments, your expertise will ensure our clients' cargo reaches its destination efficiently and reliably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with carriers to book a diverse range of TL and LTL shipments.
- Skillfully negotiate rates with carriers and clients to align with budgetary constraints and market conditions.
- Proactively manage shipments from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any challenges that arise.
- Leverage industry-leading tools and platforms, such as Power DAT and Internet Truckstop, to optimize our brokerage operations.
- Collaborate with our sales team to cultivate new client relationships and expand our services within existing accounts.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in freight brokerage, with a strong preference for those with a focus on TL and LTL services.
- A solid understanding of the logistics and transportation industry, including familiarity with relevant software and platforms.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues swiftly and maintain high levels of client and carrier satisfaction.
- A personal book of business is highly advantageous, demonstrating your established connections and potential for immediate impact within our team.
